The proposal for this land creates the conditions for the building of a general purpose ensemble –commercial, medical, hotel, technical, professional and residential services. The area undergoes a period of continuous growth, being a pole for private investments. 

Considering it’s function and architecture, the proposed ensemble will fit into the character of the zone.
